Debbie joined the CMC team in 2014 as Human Resources Manager.  In May 2016, Debbie was promoted to Director of Human Resources.  She possesses deep experience in Human Resources and Benefits management.  She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with companies such as Conco Systems, Lowe’s and Oberg Industries.  She has over 13 years of experience managing Human Resources at CMC and the above companies.

Debbie studied Human Resources at Carlow College & Capella University and received her certification in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) in 2001.
